On this evening of Nutrition and Health, join Clarissa Lenherr Nutritional Therapist and Shivraj Bassi, CEO of pioneering nutritional supplements brand, Innermost, for a nutrition talk and raw energy ball foodie workshop.

Clarissa Lenherr will discuss all things protein, discussing what, when, why and how to incorporate protein into a well-balanced diet. This will be followed by an introduction to Innermost by Shivraj Bassi where he will be discussing the brand's unique approach to nutritional supplements and how taking a holistic approach to the ingredients you consume can lead to better health and fitness.
